Mediation Practice Areas:
Christina’s experience as a litigator, advisor and mediator is primarily focused on employment and general entertainment matters, including individual and class actions, and extends to personal injury claims involving commercial liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence. She also has developed a specialty handling issues regarding public accommodations for individuals with disabilities and oversaw the litigation and resolution of these matters at Disney on an enterprise-wide basis.

Please email Christina directly for availability. Mediations are generally held remotely but may be held at counsel's office upon agreement between the parties.
Mediations are charged a per diem fee of $7,500 that includes scheduling and logistics, reading and analysis of the parties’ briefs, and individual pre-mediation conference calls with lead mediation counsel for each party, as well as the mediation day and reasonable post-mediation telephonic or email follow-up, as necessary.
Christina is available without charge to discuss her mediation approach generally, in advance of the parties scheduling a mediation date.
